AI Broadcast Calling System
A demo built at Rivon AI: a broadcast call system where AI voice agents phone a list of contacts, hold the conversation and call tools while they talk. It was built on Vapi with supporting LLMs.
What It Is
One message, many recipients, but each call is a live conversation instead of a recording. A Vapi agent handles speech-to-text, the language model and text-to-speech over a phone line, and can call tools mid-call to look up or record information.
Scope
This was a demo to show what voice agents could do for a client use case, not a production system. It is listed because it covers telephony, real-time transcription and tool calling, which my other work does not.
