Uses & Technology Stack

An in-depth breakdown of the backend frameworks, microservices architectures, databases, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML models, and development setup I use daily to build high-concurrency systems.

Core Backend & Frameworks

  • FastAPI — My primary framework for high-throughput, asynchronous RESTful microservices. I utilize Pydantic for data validation, dependency injection for clean architectural layering, and auto-generated OpenAPI definitions for seamless frontend integration.
  • Django & Django REST Framework — Used for enterprise-scale platforms requiring robust ORM models, administrative portals, relational data migrations, and complex compliance engines (such as HOS truck routing and ELD log processing).
  • Celery & Redis — The backbone for distributed task queues, background job execution, scheduled cron jobs, rate limiting, and high-performance caching across multi-tenant services.
  • SQLAlchemy 2.0 & Alembic — Used for asynchronous database access, complex SQL query optimization, and zero-downtime database schema migrations.

Databases, Storage & Cloud Services

  • PostgreSQL — My core relational database for data modeling, multi-tenant isolation (`tenant_id` & schema partitioning), spatial indexing (PostGIS), and query optimization through indexing and partitioning.
  • Redis Cluster — Utilized across DB instances for application-level caching, session storage, rate limiting, and Celery message broker/result backend.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Cloud infrastructure utilizing GCP Cloud Tasks for background task distribution and GCP Pub/Sub for event-driven asynchronous messaging.
  • Docker & Docker Compose — Containerization for all microservices, establishing unified development environments and automated zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
  • Supabase & Amazon S3 — Managed Auth (JWT/RBAC), scalable object storage for media processing, ad assets, and secure document repositories.

Frontend

  • React — Used for the interfaces on top of the services I build, with REST and Server-Sent Events integration for streaming AI output. My React work is backend-led and AI-assisted, so I own the API contracts and wiring, and I am deepening the fundamentals.
  • HTML, CSS & component libraries — Layout, styling and reusable components for dashboards and internal tools.
  • Remix & Three.js — This portfolio is built on Remix with Three.js and Framer Motion.

Microservices, Security & Architecture

  • API Gateway Architecture — Designing centralized gateway services (TR-API-Gateway) handling SHA-256 HMAC request signing, JWKS-based JWT token verification, rate limiting, and dynamic service routing.
  • Multi-Tenant System Isolation — Implementing 3-layer microservice topologies with multi-agency tenant partitioning, schema routing, and strict data security.
  • Zero-Trust Authentication — Implementing JWT/OAuth2 mechanisms, Granular Access Control (RBAC / ABAC / ReBAC), and secure server-to-server (S2S) communications using encrypted tokens.
  • Event-Driven Communication — Event bus architecture using Redis Streams (EventProducer / EventConsumer) and Webhooks for decoupled service interaction.

AI / ML Stack & Integrations

  • OpenAI API & Google Gemini API — Integrated for multi-modal text and vision processing, ad copy generation, document parsing, and agentic workflows.
  • LangChain & LangGraph — Orchestrating stateful LLM multi-agent graphs, memory systems, and tool execution pipelines.
  • RAG & Vector Search — Chunking, embedding and tenant-scoped semantic search over Qdrant and pgvector, plus semantic caching in Redis.
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) — Exposing internal services to the agent layer through a standard tool interface.
  • Multi-Modal WhatsApp LLM Agent — Built automated WhatsApp AI agents for real estate customer interaction, automated lead capture, and instant property recommendations.
  • Real Estate & Payment APIs — Automated XML feed generation and API integrations with Bayut and PropertyFinder; Stripe integration for subscription management and credit-based usage.
